IT Systems Trainer
Colchester, Essex
£32,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance
Fixed term contract until December 2026

What would a typical day look like?
Whilst no day will be the same in this role, responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent training and support to operational staff in the use of established and innovative systems and to aid in implementations as directed
- Providing on-site support and help for all staff
- Assisting in the implementation of the new system as required
- Delivering the training of the new DSCR for residential and nursing homes.
- Creating and compiling Training modules to deliver effective training of the new business system to operational and central staff
- Documenting lessons learned during the delivery of training programmes
- Assessing the need for additional systems training in homes
- Providing advice and guidance to all staff in the use of the new system.
The role really enables you to bring out your organisation skills while working across a variety of tasks. Great communication and people skills with experience using Microsoft Office is essential.
Ideally you will be an experienced IT trainer although you will be supported with a thorough induction and training programme to develop your skills, along with the guidance of a well-established team, who will truly value and support you. Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
