  • Laundry Assistant - Temporary Maternity Cover Contract

    £12.71 per hour

    30 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)

    9am - 3:30pm 5 days per week

    If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our domestic team at our lovely nursing home, Home Meadow.

    We provide residential and dementia care to people living within Cambridgeshire. We’ve got a great team of individuals here who treat residents as they would their own family. Every individual team member works hard to ensure residents feel comfortable, safe and at home.  

    What would a typical day look like?

    • Washing and ironing of our residents clothing, ensuring they are returned tidily and respectfully
    • Undertaking repairs to damaged items so basic sewing skills are required

    Experience is not essential and we can provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
