Healthcare Homes are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Care Enquiries Advisor to join our busy Enquiries Team based at our central office near Ardleigh, Colchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting individuals and families as they explore care options, ensuring they receive a professional, empathetic and seamless experience from their first enquiry through to admission.
As a Care Enquiries Advisor, you will work closely with our care homes and branches to manage enquiries, coordinate show rounds and support the admissions process. You will be responsible for capturing and qualifying enquiries, maintaining excellent communication with prospective residents and their families, and ensuring all follow-up activity is completed to the highest standard.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help plan and prioritise daily workloads, respond to changing business needs and contribute to driving occupancy across the Healthcare Homes Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify incoming enquiries from prospective residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Arrange and coordinate care home show rounds.
- Build positive relationships with care home and branch teams to support the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries.
- Support prospective residents and families throughout their customer journey.
- Help monitor enquiry activity and contribute towards occupancy targets.
- Assist with the planning and deployment of team resources to meet business priorities.
- Compile, analyse and present data and reports when required.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the enquiry process.
We are looking for someone who is organised, empathetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You may already have experience in an enquiries, admissions or customer service role within the care sector. Equally, we would welcome applications from experienced care home professionals, such as Home Administrators or Senior Care Assistants, who have supported admissions and are looking for a new challenge.
