Healthcare Assistant- Day & Night
Healthcare homes have 37 Residential and nursing homes spread across East Anglia and the South of the country. Ashley Court Care Home is a purpose built, 60 bed care home with nursing, designed with three separate units, each enjoying self-contained living accommodation. With a calm and tranquil atmosphere, the home is ideal for those looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to live.
We don't ask for any formal qualifications, but you will be at the very heart of our industry so you are expected to be reliable, dependable and committed to making a difference in our care homes.

You may have not worked as Care Assistant or indeed in the Healthcare industry before but have the right attitude and a big heart which is the perfect starting point, we will support you to develop your skills and knowledge.
What will the role involve?
The role of the Care Assistant is to Support our residents with their everyday needs ensuring emotional and social needs are met. Promoting independence, choice and dignity and assisting where needed with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and meal times. You will be part of daily recreational social activities within groups and one to one.
Accurate and maintenance of record keeping is essential to ensure the correct care delivery is being delivered and once you have been fully trained and inducted you will also be a mentor for new team members joining.
We have full time positions available on our Night shifts and bank shifts available also. Please note; these positions do include alternate weekend working.
