We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our existing HR team based in Colchester, Essex.
It is a really exciting time to join us as we continue on our path of growth. This will be a busy role for which you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the HR function in delivering a consistent and professional service to Managers and employees of the company.
To be our ideal candidate, you will have gained previous experience in a similar role providing HR administrative support. You will also have the ability to build effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally. A can-do attitude, the ability to influence and a passion for what we do is essential.
Whilst a relevant business administration qualification or equivalent is advantageous it is not essential, the ideal candidate will be someone who has the willingness to learn, progress and develop their skills within HR.
