Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support with the implementation of an Applicant Tracker System (ATS) and maintain in line with Data Protection
  • Distribute CV's from various sources
  • Uploading and maintenance of job details on to the company website, internal notices and with agencies and other medium as requested
  • Provide customer focussed proactive support to managers, employees and candidates
  • Produce appropriate data reports on a regular basis
  • Work with the Resourcing Manager to design and implement a Recruitment/Marketing Strategy and specific projects
  • Ensuring that all recruitment systems are compliant with all relevant legislation
  • To update and maintain recruitment spreadsheets/trackers used to monitor recruitment progress
