We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join the team at Healthcare Homes.
Our Regional Managers implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout the Company and ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements.
You will lead the performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers and any allocated support function. You will help to achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area.
The successful candidate will have experience in working across residential/dementia homes; a proven track record of CQC compliance delivery and experience in multi-site management. Experience of managing and positively influencing a team as well as working with Commissioning teams and a strong commercial acumen are essential.
A Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social care would be desirable for this position. Due to the nature of this role, access to your own transport is essential as you will be required to visit the homes you oversee on a regular basis.
