Healthcare homes have 37 Residential and nursing homes spread across East Anglia and the South of the country. The business was launched in 2005 with the main objective to ensure residents receive the highest possible standard of care; where dignity is respected, talents and interests are encouraged and where life is lived to its fullest potential.
Bilney Hall is situated in the picturesque village of East Bilney, just a few miles from the market towns of Dereham and Fakenham. Set in six acres of extensive grounds, it offers fantastic facilities as compared to other homes in the area. Our residents can relax in the stunning walled garden and wooded parkland that surround the home allowing them to really enjoy this haven within the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
The home can accommodate up to 54 residents and provides residential care for frail elderly residents and has separate wings for those with dementia. Bilney Hall are 'dementia friends' with the Dementia Alliance Group and as such a senior carer is training with the Dementia Alliance Group as a care coach.
Hours for this role are-
8am to 2pm
2pm to 8pm

You may have not worked as Care Assistant or indeed in the Healthcare industry before but have the right attitude and a big heart which is the perfect starting point, we will support you to develop your skills and knowledge.
What will the role involve?
The role of the Care Assistant is to Support our residents with their everyday needs ensuring emotional and social needs are met. Promoting independence, choice and dignity and assisting where needed with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and meal times. You will be part of daily recreational social activities within groups and one to one.
Accurate and maintenance of record keeping is essential to ensure the correct care delivery is being delivered and once you have been fully trained and inducted you will also be a mentor for new team members joining.
