Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Registered Manager for Mill Lane. Located near Felixstowe and rated Good by the CQC.

About the Home:

Mill Lane specialises in residential, nursing and dementia care for the elderly living in Suffolk and can accommodate up to 27 residents.  The home has a warm and homely atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door and it has an enviable reputation within the local community for its high quality care.

Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. A registered general nurse with a valid pin would be desirable.
