About the role:

Caring is at the heart of everything that we do.

Effective communication is to be maintained with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve planned goals, following NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice and within the homes’ policies and procedures. Administering and ordering of residents medications ensuring the homes’ policies and procedures are followed. This role offers the autonomy to practice whilst ensuring the physical, emotional and medical requirements of our residents are met.

The successful applicants must be NMC registered and have a caring nature, patience and a passion for providing excellence in care. You will have the ability to lead, coach and inspire others.
