What our senior Nurse has to say about working at Blandford Grange:
"There are many reasons why I love working for this care home. Firstly, the people that I look after offer me the opportunity to learn about myself and feel grateful for all my blessings. This feeling allows me to put in more than 100% in the work that I do as I want to make sure that the lives of the people I care for are the best they can possibly be.
The team that I work with and the management provide the best support network which allows me to perform to the best of my ability. I have created some rewarding friendships during my time here.
I have opportunities to develop myself. No two days are ever the same and while sometimes the hours can be long and tiring, I feel that I am making a positive change in the life of somebody’s beloved family member, in a warm and welcoming environment where people feel that they are treated with respect and dignity"
