Our nursing and residential homes are located in Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Kent, Bristol, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex, Berkshire and East Sussex and include specialist units to care for the elderly, people with dementia or physical disabilities.  We also provide care to older people in their own homes from our sixteen homecare locations.

What will the role involve?

The role of the Senior Care Assistant is to Support our residents with their everyday needs ensuring emotional and social needs are met.  Promoting independence, choice and dignity and assisting where needed with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and meal times. You will be part of daily recreational social activities within groups and one to one.  

Accurate and maintenance of record keeping is essential to ensure the correct care delivery is being delivered and once you have been fully trained and inducted you will also be a mentor for new team members joining.

Additional Information

We have full time positions available, you must be flexible with working day and night shifts. Please note; this position does include alternate weekend working.
