Regional Care Assistant - St Neots/Biggleswade

36-48 hours per week - covering a mixture of days and nights, includes weekend working

Travel Expenses Paid - 40p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter

As a Regional Care Assistant you'll be taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents. You will be providing emotional and physical support to our residents, such tasks will include personal care, assisting at meal times, supporting residents to join in with activities and to take part in social events to ensure our residents have the most fufiling life possible. Ensuring our residents independance, choice, dignity and respect is promoted and to deliver the highest quality of care.

The Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, commitment and flexibility. Previous experience of working in the health care sector is essential, you must have a compassionate nature, be respectful and have a willingness to learn new skills.  

You will be required to work shifts on  days, nights and weekends to cover the requirements of the homes.
 

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle will be needed.
