 Community Care Assistant Night Sits - Brooke and surrounding areas

Rates of pay depend on sleeping or waking nights plus mileage

We are looking for Community Care Assistants who share our commitment to providing the highest quality of care. We offer a rewarding benefits programme which reflects the fact our Community Care Assistants are vital members of our team.

  • Hours of work availabe are 9pm to 9am and 9pm to 7am
  • Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work every other weekend
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
  • Mileage paid at 20p per mile plus travel time

  • Care experience preferable but not essential as fully paid training and shadowing is provided

In order to join our team, you will need to:

Our teams provide help to people who wish to retain their independence and remain at home for as long as possible. The main role and key responsibilities of our Care Assistants include (but are not limited to):

  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, showering/ bathing/ washing
  • Helping people get up each morning and go to bed each evening
  • To provide assistance throughout the night with whatever is required
  • Light domestic duties
  • Provide companionship
  • Assistance with toileting
