Remote position

£35,000 plus £3,000 car allowance

Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join our growing Estates and Property Services team.

Working alongside our Estates Director this role is designed to support our homes by managing the relationships with our contractors and internal maintenance team, facilitating external visitors to our sites and carrying out inspections on our properties to monitor and maintain their upkeep. Despite the role covering our South and West portfolio for the time being, it will however extend to cover the entire portfolio in the future so travel to our other locations across East Anglia and our central office in Colchester will be required meaning access to your own transport and a willingness to travel is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an Estates department and will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to an internal function. Good communication and IT skills are needed as well as having excellent attention to detail. Experience in reviewing contracts and processes is desirable although training will be provided as you will have the support of the existing team.
