National Operations/Peripatetic Manager

Flexible to be either a short term or permanent position

Healthcare Homes Group has an existing portfolio comprising of 45 residential and nursing homes, located across East Anglia and the South of England.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a National Operations/Peripatetic Manager to join the team.  As this is a national role there will be requirement to support across the East and South England homes dependent on business needs which will require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be working alongside our team of Regional Directors. This role will implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centered and quality driven culture throughout Healthcare Homes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. In the event of Home Manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role and may be required to register with CQC.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive Care home management experience working across both residential and nursing facilities
  • Experience of managing and positively influencing a team
  • A Registered Nurse would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to recognise and develop additional opportunities for the service ensuring a high-quality service is maintained
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, or working towards or commitment to undertake.
