Healthcare Homes Group has an existing portfolio comprising of 45 residential and nursing homes, located across East Anglia and the South of England.

Located in Witney, Oxfordshire, Cedar Court is designed as modern and spacious with a lot of natural light and can accommodate up to 63 residents. It is a registered home for older people with nursing and dementia care needs as well as having a specialist unit for younger people with disabilities.
If you are passionate, focused and committed about the delivery of a high-quality service and you are able to lead, motivate and inspire others, then you may be the person we are seeking.
The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual, responsible for the daily management of Cedar Court and will be accountable for the home’s operations and activities. They will have a strong commercial acumen and will share our desire for success.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (desirable but not essential).
- Previous management experience within a nursing and residential home setting.
- Ability to recognise and develop additional opportunities for the service ensuring a high-quality service is maintained
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, or working towards or commitment to undertake.
