This is a great opportunity to join our dedicated teams providing care and support to residents at Honey Tree Court - an assisted living scheme dedicated to 40 properties. We are looking for likeminded, caring individuals who share our commitment to provide the best quality of care.

  • Flexible, varied  shifts available - please note that due to the nature of the service, the role does involve working every other weekend

We constantly strive to help people retain their independence and quality of life in their own homes for as long as possible. The main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Basic meal preparation
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, showering/ bathing/ washing
  • Helping people get up each morning and go to bed each evening
  • Light domestic duties
  • Companionship and social calls
  • Assistance with toileting
  • Shopping either with or on behalf of the service user

 

In order to join us, you will need to:

  • Have a naturally caring disposition
  • Treat all service users with dignity, respect and compassion
  • Be a good listener, display empathy and have a ready smile
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Be dedicated, reliable and adaptable
  • Undergo an enhanced DBS check
