Rates of pay depend on sleeping or waking nights plus mileage

General information:

  • Pay rates as follows: waking nights paid at £10.20 per hour, sleeping nights  paid at £8.91 per hour
  • Hours of work availabe are 10pm to 7am and 10pm to 10am
  • Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work every other weekend
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
  • Mileage paid at 20p per mile

  • All candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check

 

Our teams provide help to people who wish to retain their independence and remain at home for as long as possible. The main role and key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, showering/ bathing/ washing
  • Helping people get up each morning and go to bed each evening
  • To provide assistance throughout the night with whatever is required
  • Light domestic duties
  • Provide companionship
  • Assistance with toileting

Full PPE provisions are provided and procedures are in place to ensure our carers are protected. We also provide EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Covid testing is strictly adhered to and we are providing vaccinations to all our front line staff.
