Senior HR Advisor (Projects)

12 month fixed term contract

37.5 hours per week

We are a successful provider of residential and community-based care across 57 sites in East Anglia and the South of England. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team. It is a really exciting time to join us as we continue on our path of growth.  This role will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the completion of a number of key HR and organisation projects.

The role will involve:

  • HR system implementation
  • HR project support
  • Employee relations support.

To be our ideal candidate, you will have gained previous experience in actively working in HR projects and experience working with HR information systems.  You will need to demonstrate a strong level of knowledge and understanding of employee legislation and HR best practice.  CIPD qualification Level 5 (or equivalent) or the ability to demonstrate the relative experience is essential. Experience of supporting the implementation of an HRIS would also be advantageous.  

You will also have sound experience of developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with senior leaders and managers and be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness of our business and the social care sector.  A can-do attitude, the ability to influence and a passion for what we do is essential.
