We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team at our Apex office as an Office Assistant while completing an apprenticeship programme.
As part of the office team, you will have good listening, verbal and written skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have the ability to develop good and effective relationships within all aspects of the business, and develop an awareness of others' roles, responsibilities and requirements in carrying out your own work. You will ensure strict confidentiality and discretion at all times, as well as good planning and organisational skills.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual, with the ability to be resourceful and take a pro-active approach when issues arise, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
As part of this role, alongside your daily tasks and responsibilities you will be supported to complete the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship, over a duration of 15 months.

Due to the location and the role requirments you will need to have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
