We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for supporting our homes across the Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex areas.

This role will implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout Healthcare Homes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. In the event of Home Manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role and have a willingness to register with CQC.

There may be a requirement to support across the East and South England homes dependent on business needs, which will require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience of working at a senior level in a care home setting.  A qualified Registered Nurse would be desirable. 

Healthcare Homes Group has an existing portfolio comprising of 48 residential and nursing homes, located across East Anglia and the South of England.
