Customer Relations Specialist

Field based  & Colchester Office Based

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Customer Relations Team. The main focus of this role would be to promote individual care services through active community engagement; working with local health and care professionals; and other sources of referral. Ensuring our services always follow best practice in local engagement, responding to enquiries and following up with prospective customers.

Within this role you would be responding to phone and walk-in enquiries at a local level as well as playing a full role in the central office team responding to and following up enquiries for all company locations and services.

The official place of work will be the Colchester central office however significant periods will be spent working from individual care homes and branches therefore overnight stays will be required dependant on business needs.

Due to the location and the role requirements you will need to have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
