2 days per week - Monday and Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

£10,453 per annum

Healthcare Homes operates almost 50 residential, nursing and specialist care homes across the South and East of England.  We’re proud to provide the highest level of bespoke care across our services.  To support with continued growth within our Enquiries team Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Care Solutions Advisor to join our team to cover maternity leave until the beginning of November 2025.

Working within a dedicated enquiry response team you will be supporting the care home teams with managing enquiries and booking show rounds, liaising with the homes across the organisation and ensure the best possible customer experience for anyone seeking support from Healthcare Homes Group.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and compassionate with excellent telephone communication skills and attention to detail.  Previous experience and knowledge of the care industry is desirable and full training and support will be provided.
